Katie Kowalski

Katie Kowalski is an experienced operations and underwriting professional with a strong background in the insurance industry, currently serving as an Operations Supervisor at Sentry since January 2017, after holding various underwriting and account management roles within the company. In addition to insurance experience, Katie has worked as a waitress and bartender at Pit Stop Bar & Grill since August 2013, enhancing customer service and training capabilities. Previous roles include Commercial Lines Account Manager at Compass Insurance Services and various intern positions at U.S. Bank and Visiting Angels Living Assistance Services. Katie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, earned in 2016.
