Primary Objective: Use assigned resources to execute the project/job plan (i.e. “Boots on the ground”)

Accountability Chart Roles:

  • Job LMA (Leadership + Management = Accountability)

  • Jobsite Management

  • Reporting

  • Jobsite Safety

  • Equipment/Resources to do the Job

Primary Duties

  • Lead, Manage and hold your jobsite staff accountable

  • Manage the onsite work (boots on the ground). Project manager should have little to no involvement in the day to day operation of the site.

  • Ensuring crews are completing required paperwork, reports, and timesheets correctly.

  • Ensure jobsite safety requirements are followed, and crews maintain safety as a #1 priority.

  • Keep the jobsite clean, orderly, and organized, following 5S principles.

  • Ensure that every crew member has the proper resources and tools to do their job safely and efficiently.
