Primary Duties
Lead, Manage and hold your jobsite staff accountable
Manage the onsite work (boots on the ground). Project manager should have little to no involvement in the day to day operation of the site.
Ensuring crews are completing required paperwork, reports, and timesheets correctly.
Ensure jobsite safety requirements are followed, and crews maintain safety as a #1 priority.
Keep the jobsite clean, orderly, and organized, following 5S principles.
Ensure that every crew member has the proper resources and tools to do their job safely and efficiently.
