Zhai Barro

Zhai Barro has a long work experience in various roles. Zhai started in 2001 as a Customer Service Agent for PeopleSupport. Zhai then moved up to Team Supervisor and then Operations Team Manager. From 2009 to 2012, they worked at Aegis Philippines as Training Manager and Senior Lead Trainer. From 2012 to 2014, they were Operations Shift Manager at TrueLogic Online Solutions. Currently, they are Operations Manager at SEOReseller, where they manage two shifts (morning and night) and monitors on-time work fulfillment of multiple campaigns. Theirteam's functions vary from SEO Off-Page, Link Clean Up/Disavow, On-Page Optimization, Social Media, Video Creation, PayPerClick, Keyword Research, Content Marketing and Local Listings/Citations. Zhai is in charge of their department's service delivery, competency alignment, leadership skills, process improvement and systems development.

Zhai Barro obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication Arts from the University of Santo Tomas between 1997 and 2001. In 2016, they earned a Google Analytics Certified certification from google.com/partners and an Inbound Certification from HubSpot.
