Cris-Justin Masungsong

Cris-Justin Masungsong has worked in various roles since 2005. Cris-Justin began their career as a Sales Service Representative for Dynatec: Collaborative Solutions in 2005. In 2007, they joined Sitel as a Learning Specialist Track Trainee and Technical Support Associate. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as an ESL Instructor for El Bridge Institute of the English Language and Lasallian Language Center, respectively. In 2012, they joined SEOReseller, Your White Label SEO Provider, where they held the roles of Business Excellence Manager, Service Delivery Manager, Sales Manager (Asia-South Pacific), Deputy Sales Manager, Sales Shift Supervisor, and Senior Project Manager. In 2017, they became an SME and Resource Speaker for Digital, Sales, and Leadership for NEOTRADE LEARNING and Digital Marketing Institute. In 2018, they took on a similar role for Fiera de Manila, Inc. In 2020, they became an SME and Resource Speaker for Digital for Certified Digital Marketer.

Cris-Justin Masungsong obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of the East between 2004 and 2012. In 2021, they were awarded an Incidents Management Certification from Guthrie-Jensen Consultants and a SEO Fundamentals Certified from Semrush. In 2020, they were awarded a Project Management Certification from Guthrie-Jensen Consultants. In 2019, they were awarded a Leadership and Management Development Certified from Benchmark Consulting (Philippines, Singapore, USA) and a Coaching for Success Certified from Benchmark Consulting (Philippines, Singapore, USA). In 2016, they were awarded a Google Partner Academy - Google Analytics from WideOut. Cris-Justin also holds a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from Six Sigma PH.
