Leah Sharma

Leah Sharma is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at Sequence. Leah was previously the Global Talent Acquisition Lead | Tech & Product at MessageBird from October 2018 to March 2022. Prior to that, they were a Tech Recruiter at Booking.com from May 2017 to September 2018.

Sharma has extensive experience in talent acquisition and has been instrumental in building innovative hiring strategies that meet business needs and exceed candidate expectations. Leah is a strong advocate for developing strong relationships with hiring managers and senior management within the IT department to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Leah Sharma has a BA Hons in International Business Management from Solent University and GCSE's & A-Levels from The Ridgeway School.
