Emma Ryan

Emma Ryan, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience that spans from 2018 to the present. Emma began their career as an Administrative Intern at Make-A-Wish Northeastern & Central California and Northern Nevada, where they demonstrated strong organizational skills and handled confidential information. In 2020, Emma transitioned to Beacon Hill Staffing Group as a Staffing Consultant, where they successfully recruited and matched candidates for various technical roles. Emma then joined Meta in 2021 as a Recruiting Coordinator, where they further developed their recruitment skills. Currently, Emma works at Sequoia as a Recruiting Coordinator, specializing in providing HR, payroll, and risk management solutions for people-driven employers. Throughout their career, Emma has shown a dedication to balancing the needs of the business with the needs of the people they serve.

Emma Ryan, SHRM-CP, obtained their education from the University of California, Davis from 2016 to 2020. During this time, they pursued a degree in Political Science with a concentration in American Government and Politics (United States). Prior to their university studies, Emma attended Mission Vista High School from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their academic achievements, Emma has also obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in July 2023.
