Kaitlyn Quinn

Kaitlyn Quinn has extensive work experience in various roles. Kaitlyn currently works at Sequoia, where they started as an Operations Coordinator in September 2021. Kaitlyn then progressed to Senior Operations Coordinator in July 2022 and eventually became the Lead Operations Coordinator in July 2023. At Sequoia, they assist with managing benefits, HR, retirement, and insurance services for people-first companies.

Prior to joining Sequoia, Kaitlyn worked at Barton Associates Inc. from September 2017 to September 2021. During their time there, they served as a Travel Associate, Team Lead. Their responsibilities included coordinating travel arrangements for temporary medical professionals, managing expenses and receipts, leading a team, and resolving conflicts to improve customer satisfaction. Kaitlyn received the 2018 National Outstanding Performance Award for their professional excellence.

In addition to their roles at Sequoia and Barton Associates Inc., Kaitlyn also gained experience as a Lead Server at Historic Brewing Company in 2017. Kaitlyn started their career as a Teaching Assistant at Northern Arizona University from August to December 2015.

Kaitlyn Quinn completed their high school education at Saguaro High School from 2009 to 2013, earning a high school diploma. Kaitlyn then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Modern Language: French and International Relations and Affairs at Northern Arizona University from 2013 to 2017.
