L Pancham's work experience begins with their current role as a Data Engineer 1 at Sequoia, which they started in December 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Huawei Technologies India as an Associate Software Engineer from December 2021 to December 2022. In this role, they were involved in tasks such as telecom data migration, ETL tool development, data analysis, and migrating legacy system data. They also worked on the development of an ETL process for the Sudan AAA project using Python and shell. Before that, they were a Student Tutor at Ardent Education from September 2019 to March 2020.

L Pancham pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from BMS Institute of Technology and Management. This educational journey lasted from 2017 to 2021. Additionally, L Pancham obtained a certification in Python (Basic) from HackerRank in October 2021.
