William Poulos

William Poulos is a Senior Project Manager at SERA Architects, where responsibilities include acting as the primary contact for projects and coordinating efforts among the in-house team, sub-consultants, and Owners to achieve project milestones. With over 28 years of experience, Bill has served as the lead project manager in various design, construction, and renovation projects. As the owner of Poulos Architectural Design, a selective practice in Washington, D.C., Bill specializes in the design and renovation of single-family homes and is expanding the firm’s reach to Portland, Oregon. Previous roles include Project Manager at WDG Architecture, Job Captain at David M. Schwarz Architects, and Project Architect at HNTB. Bill holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design from Ball State University.
