Steven Fayers

Steven Fayers has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Steven is the Global Head of Sales Operations at Keyloop since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Accelya Group from 2019 to 2023, where they were the Director of Commercial Excellence. In this role, they led the global Commercial Excellence team and introduced new functions like Bid Management and Contract Administration Management. Before joining Accelya Group, Steven worked at CHAMP Cargosystems from 2012 to 2019, where they held multiple roles including Product Manager and Head of Continuous Improvement. Steven also served as the Head of Global Marketing (Interim) during their tenure at CHAMP Cargosystems. Prior to that, they worked at OAG from 2007 to 2012, where they held positions such as Director of Cargo Business Development and Cargo Product Manager. Steven's earliest work experience was at BT plc from 2000 to 2007, where they worked as a Business Analyst for the Cargo 2000 service. Steven started their career at British Airways in 1996 as a Business Analyst - World Cargo.

Steven Fayers earned a B Eng degree in Information Systems Engineering from the University of Surrey, where they attended from 1992 to 1996. Steven also holds a certification in Leadership Mindsets from LinkedIn, obtained in 2022.
