Jeffrey Heigl has a diverse work experience, primarily in sales and leadership roles in the bedding industry. Jeffrey started their career in 2001 as a Tool Rental Department Manager at The Home Depot. From 2005 to 2012, they worked at Serta in various sales positions, including National Account Sales Representative and Hybrid Sales Representative. During this time, they focused on driving growth among regional accounts and servicing national accounts. In 2012, they transitioned to become a Key Account Manager at Serta, where they spearheaded account management and supervised a team of sales representatives. From 2015 to 2016, they took on a special project as the Manager of Sales Talent Development, designing and launching a new hire training and onboarding program. Since 2016, they have been at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC, initially as the Senior Manager of Customer Operations, Special Project, where they directed operational enhancement projects. Currently, they serve as the Sr Director of Sales and Licensees, responsible for managing all business elements of Serta brand licensed factory partners and driving revenue growth. Throughout their career, Jeffrey has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic vision, and a focus on achieving results.
Jeffrey Heigl obtained their BA degree in Marketing from Cedarville University in the years 2002-2006. Later on, they pursued an MBA degree in Marketing from Indiana University Kokomo between 2007 and 2009.
