Andy Steenstra

Andy Steenstra has a strong background in sales development, with a focus on leadership roles. Andy started their career in 2013 as a Sales Development Representative at Service Express before progressing to positions such as Sales Development Team Lead, Sales Development Manager, Manager of Sales Development and Inside Sales, Director of Sales Development, and currently holds the role of Senior Director of Sales Development. In 2021, Andy also joined Pavilion as a Member. Additionally, Andy has served as a Grandville City Councilman for two consecutive terms, starting in 2013. Prior to their career in sales, they worked as a Marketing & Communications Manager at Love INC of Hudsonville, Jenison, and Grandville from 2012 to 2013.

Andy Steenstra received a Bachelor of Arts in Business, Psychology, and Pre-med from Calvin University, where they attended from 2007 to 2011. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business, which they completed in 2018. Additionally, they participated in the Michigan Political Leaders Program at Michigan State University in 2015.
