Penny Webb-Smart

Penny Webb-Smart is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service and product design. Currently serving as a Principal Service Designer at Service NSW, Penny has previously held key positions such as Design Director at Big Village and Senior Designer at the City of Sydney. Additionally, Penny was the Head of Product at New Horizons Enterprises Limited and the Founder of a fintech startup. Educational qualifications include a Masters of Marketing from UNSW and a certification in Service Design from The Interaction Design Foundation.
