Kellie Jeffery

Kellie Jeffery has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to remuneration, benefits, and human resources. Kellie is currently working at Service Stream as the Head of Remuneration & Benefits. Prior to this, they worked at Accolade Wines as the Manager of Remuneration, HR Analytics & Projects. Kellie also has experience working at Mercer as the Pacific Total Rewards Manager. Kellie has worked at companies such as Nacap Pty Ltd, BP, Delaware North Companies, CSL Behring, Suncorp, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and National Australia Bank in different capacities related to remuneration and benefits.

Kellie Jeffery attended Deakin University but did not obtain a degree. Kellie later pursued a Masters degree in Training & Change Management from Victoria University. Kellie also holds certifications in Hay Job Evaluation from Korn Ferry and Mercer IPE Evaluation from Mercer.
