Travis Kight has an extensive work experience in the food and beverage industry. Travis started their career in 2005 as a Regional Chef for Sodexo, where they oversaw 12 cultural attractions and was recognized as Culinarian of the Year in 2007. Travis then served as a General Manager at Sodexo's Canobie Lake Park, where they improved the guest experience, supervised renovations, and increased sales by 15%. In 2009, Travis joined Service Systems Associates as the Chief Culinary Officer, responsible for leading a culinary team and overseeing menu development, cost management, and new account development. Travis also held the role of Chief Executive Chef, where they provided leadership and expertise for major events across all 42 cultural attractions.
