Jessica Countess has extensive experience in customer success and procurement, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success at ServiceChannel since December 2014. Prior to ServiceChannel, Jessica worked at Toys R Us from July 2004 to December 2014, where positions included Procurement Manager and Sr. eProcurement Systems Administrator, managing teams and overseeing multiple purchasing categories while frequently engaging with senior executives. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and graduated from Waiakea High School in 1999.
