Expansion Account Executive - SMB

We are seeking a talented Expansion Account Executive to join our sales team and capitalize on an amazing greenfield market opportunity within the field service industry.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Reporting directly to our VP of Sales

  • Qualifying, demo’ing, managing a pipeline and closing expansion business

  • Creating awareness in your assigned book of current customers towards our latest product inventions and add-on's.

  • Utilizing a measured and repeatable process for working with current customers

  • Continue to think of ways to scale beyond your day-to-day role. We don’t want this person to be just another person that we plug into a process. We need this person to think ambitiously and have the desire to outgrow the role.

  • Collaborating with team members to continuously improve our sales process

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Organized, flexible, and adaptable in a highly fast-paced tech startup environment

  • Demonstrated ability as a high performer to exceed attainment, quota, and grow revenue

  • Strong ability to learn and extremely coachable and willing to receive and implement feedback

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients

  • Experience with SFDC & Outreach.io

  • 2-years experience as an Account Executive (preferably)

  • Experience in software and/or technology sales

ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

  • Field Services, SMB, hyper-local or Home Services Sales

  • Familiar with Sandler based sales process

  • Suite sales experience with annual contracts
