Rajesh S. is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and management. Currently serving as Director of Engineering for GenAI at ServiceNow since January 2013, Rajesh S. leads the development of the IT Services Management suite and has previously held the positions of Senior Engineering Manager and Senior Staff Software Engineer, focusing on various applications including Customer Service Management and the OpenFrame Communication framework. Prior to ServiceNow, Rajesh S. worked as a Senior Software Development Engineer at Yahoo!, where responsibilities included leading development for Yahoo Listings, and held the role of Research Assistant at San Francisco State University. Rajesh S. began a career at Infosys as a Software Engineer.
