Snigdha Malik

Snigdha Malik is an accomplished design strategist currently serving as the Head of Design Strategy for Digital Technology at ServiceNow since February 2024. Previously, Snigdha held the position of Director of Product Design at Meta Facebook from July 2020 to August 2023, where leadership extended over multiple product design teams managing over 40 active products. Prior experience includes a series of senior roles at Walmart eCommerce from August 2015 to July 2020, focusing on enhancing customer experiences across various verticals and leading successful product launches. Snigdha also contributed to Taulia Inc. as the User Experience Design Lead and began a career at SAP as a User Experience Designer after completing a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from UC San Diego.
