Ailsa Borwick

Ailsa Borwick is the current General Manager of Payment Accuracy and Older Australians at Services Australia. Ailsa has previously worked as the Assistant Secretary for both the Australian Department of Health and the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet. In 2018, they became Branch Manager for the NDIS Mainstream Interface at the Department of Social Services (DSS) before being promoted to Chief Risk Officer / Branch Manager in June 2015. Acting National Manager of the Australian Government Department of Human Services from November 2014 to June 2015.

They work with Jonathon Thorpe - General Manager, Service Design, Brendan Moon - General Manager, Working Age Programmes, and Mary McLarty - General Manager, Families, Children and Targeted Services. Ailsa Borwick reports to Russell Egan, Deputy CEO, Customer Service Design.
