Lisa Carmody

Lisa Carmody is the current General Manager of Enterprise Strategy at Services Australia. Lisa has held this position since May of 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Chief of Staff to the CEO of Services Australia from February to May of 2020. From April 2018 to February 2020, Ms. Carmody was the Chief of Staff at the Australian Government Department of Human Services. From August 2015 to April 2018, they served as the General Counsel for the Commercial Law Branch at the Australian Government Department of Human Services. Ms. Carmody began their career in September 2005 as a Principal Government Lawyer at the Department of Education, Employment, and Workplace Relations, where they worked until August 2015.

Lisa Carmody attended the University of Canberra, where they received their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Law. Lisa also attended St Clare's College in Canberra. After graduation, they became a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Lisa Carmody reports to Rebecca Skinner, CEO. Lisa Carmody works with William Garton - General Manager, Enterprise Transformation, Grant Tidswell - Strategic Advisor, Transformation, and Chris Birrer - Deputy CEO, Payments and Integrity.
