Sebastian Hood

Sebastian Hood is the current General Manager of Infrastructure and Operations at Services Australia. Sebastian has over 20 years of experience in IT and has been with Services Australia since September 2020. Prior to that, they were with the Australian Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment for 8 years, where they were responsible for integrating IT capability and services from the former Department of Agriculture and the former Department of the Environment and Energy as a result of a Machinery of Government change. Sebastian has a proven track record in operational excellence and strategic partnering, and has delivered significant efficiencies, innovation and reduced risk across their career.

Sebastian Hood has a degree from the Australian National University, a diploma from RMIT University, and a certification from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL) in Organisational Coaching (Level One).
