Jed DeGroote

VP, Customer Success at ServiceTrade

Jed DeGroote is the current VP of Customer Success at ServiceTrade. Prior to that, they were with Dude Solutions for 16 years, first as Success Operations Manager and then as Senior Director of Implementation and Professional Services. In this role, they were responsible for onboarding $15M in ARR and $9M in service revenue annually. Jed also implemented a segmented approach to services that transformed the company from a cost center to a revenue-generating service organization.

Before Dude Solutions, Jed worked as an ESL instructor at Alamance Community College in Graham, NC. In this role, they led two adult classes and developed class plans for students of diverse levels. Jed also produced a documentary to engage the Latino community in Alamance County with unique and potentially confusing aspects of American culture.

Jed has a long history of success in customer-facing roles. Jed's experience and expertise have helped him build strong relationships with customers and drive significant growth for the companies he's worked for.

Jed DeGroote received a Bachelor's Degree in American Studies and English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Jed later attended Iowa State University, where they studied journalism.

Jed DeGroote reports to Billy Marshall, CEO. Some direct reports include Aaron Shoemaker - Director of Customer Success, David Varnedoe - Director of Customer Support. Jed DeGroote works with James Jordan - Chief Information Officer, Chad Floyd - Director of Business Analytics, and Shawn Mims - VP, Marketing.
