Arun Verma is the current Chief Human Resources Officer at Servify. Arun has previously held the position of Associate Director - Human Resources at Xerox India Limited and General Manager - Human Resources at Xerox India Limited. Arun was responsible for leading the people agenda for the sales & distribution organisation of Xerox India and setting up 2 Global Delivery Centers for Xerox Corporation.

Arun Verma has an MBA in HR from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from BIT. Arun also has certification from LinkedIn in Ram Charan on Coaching High Potentials, Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching in Marshall Goldsmith Certified Executive Coach and Team Coach, and Thomas International in Certified assessor for Thomas profiling Tests for Selections & Training (DISC).
