Keith Horak

Director - Customer Experience at Servify

Keith Horak has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Keith started their career as the Director of Product Operations at Motorola Mobile Devices from June 2008 to November 2011. Following this, they worked at Apple as a Senior Systems Engineer on Carrier Account Teams from January 2012 to August 2016. During this time, they focused on mobilizing customer workforces, improving efficiencies, and implementing technology optimization. Keith then joined Comcast as the Director of Device Services for Xfinity Mobile, where they played a vital role in launching the mobile service. Keith handled key initiatives such as retail rollout, supply chain, warranty support, and P&L responsibility for Xfinity Mobile Services business. In June 2021, Keith transitioned within Comcast as the Director of Device Portfolio for Xfinity Internet, Home, and Converged Products, overseeing the device roadmap, product vision, and strategy. Keith led a team responsible for reducing product costs, identifying new portfolio opportunities, and maximizing program performance. Currently, Keith is with Servify, where they hold the position of Director - Customer Experience, responsible for ensuring an excellent customer experience and leading a team delivering industry-leading customer service in the North America region.

Keith Horak has an MBA in Marketing and Business Management from Northern Illinois University. Keith also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from The Ohio State University.
