Tom Kelly

Tom Kelly has extensive work experience in the water and energy industries. Tom is currently serving as the Director of Operations at SES Water since January 2017. Prior to this, they worked as an Independent Advisor to AMP6 Partnership and Interim Chief Engineer at Southern Water from 2015 to 2016. Before that, they held the position of Chief Operating Officer at 4Delivery, where they led a joint venture and managed a program worth £600 million for Southern Water from 2011 to 2015. Tom also has experience working as an Operations Director - Energy Services at Centrica from 2008 to 2011. Tom held a significant role as the Director of Wastewater Operations at Thames Water from 2003 to 2007, overseeing a large team and managing a substantial budget for wastewater services. In addition, they have had multiple operational and support roles at Thames Water from 1995 to 2002. Tom started their career as a Technical Support Engineer at ExxonMobil from 1993 to 1994.

Tom Kelly attended Newcastle University from 1991 to 1995, where they pursued a degree in Chemical & Process Engineering. Following this, from 1998 to 2001, they enrolled at the Henley Business School and obtained a Diploma in Management.
