Devon Goetz

Devon Goetz is the SVP of Human Resources and Talent Development at SESLOC Federal Credit Union. Prior to their current role, Devon also held HR leadership positions at The Tribune/The McClatchy Co. and San Luis Obispo Tribune LLC. Devon has extensive experience in managing organizational development, recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and benefits. Devon is also skilled in strategic planning and overseeing day-to-day operations. Devon started their career in advertising sales before transitioning into human resources. Devon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
