Colin Knowles

Colin Knowles has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Colin is currently employed at Seso Inc. as a Software Engineer starting from 2023. Prior to that, Colin worked at Change.org, where they held two positions. From 2022 to 2022, they served as a Staff Software Engineer, taking on the role of technical lead within a team of five engineers. Colin was responsible for building the technical roadmap and implementing key features, resulting in a 40% improvement in cycle time. Additionally, from 2021 to 2022, Colin was a Senior Software Engineer and Squad Lead, leading a team of six to enhance sharing and engagement for petition supporters. Colin successfully introduced new channels, such as SMS, WhatsApp, and Instagram, and identified bottlenecks to reduce cycle time.
