Harshivl Shah

Harshivl Shah has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Harshivl started their career as a Software Engineer at Patni Computer Systems in 2003, where they provided IT advisory and implementation services to Japanese companies. Harshivl quickly grew to lead small teams in project execution and delivery across multiple engagements. In 2005, they joined Oracle as a Senior Member Technical Staff, where they drove the development of components for Oracle's enterprise portal platform. Harshivl later became a Senior Technologist, leading product specialist evangelization for Oracle's Enterprise Portal and Content Management offerings in the Asia-Pacific region.

In 2010, Harshivl Shah joined DecisionPro, Inc as an MBA Marketing Intern, where they led the commercial marketing initiative for ME>XL, the company's marketing analytics software. Harshivl focused on market identification, competitive analysis, strategic/channel partnerships, online/social media marketing, and sales process.

Returning to Oracle in 2011, Shah took on the role of a Senior Sales Consultant, and later became a Principal Sales Consultant in 2014. Harshivl provided sales support, consulting, and solutions to customers, leveraging their technical expertise and product knowledge. In their most recent role, they worked as a Senior Sales Engineer at Session AI, starting in November 2019.

Throughout their career, Harshivl Shah has demonstrated strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a focus on driving sales and business growth through their expertise and strategic initiatives.

Harshivl Shah earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai. This education was obtained between the years 1999 and 2003. Following this, Shah pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing and Entrepreneurship at Penn State University. This degree was earned between 2009 and 2011.
