Rick Garriott

Rick Garriott has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources and management. Rick currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at Seven Counties Services, where they are responsible for driving excellence and innovation in HR practices. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Director and Vice President of Human Resources at Bellewood & Brooklawn. Additionally, Rick has held the roles of Director of Human Resources and HR Manager at Cedar Lake Lodge, Inc. In the beginning of their career, they worked as a Castor Operator at North American Stainless, where they were responsible for operating the Continuous Caster and supervising floor staff. Overall, Rick has extensive experience in all areas of HR management and is committed to creating inclusive and engaging workplace cultures.

Rick Garriott has an educational background consisting of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Sullivan University (2016-2017), a MSHRL degree in Human Resources from Sullivan University (2010-2012), and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix (2005-2008). In addition to their academic achievements, they hold certifications such as SHRM-CP from the Society for Human Resource Management (obtained in December 2015) and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from the HR Certification Institute (obtained in 2013).
