Tara Harris

Tara Harris has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Tara has worked as the Human Resources Director at Seven Hills Foundation, where they were responsible for developing and administering HR systems, managing employee relations, and supervising HR staff. Prior to that, they were the Benefits Manager at the same organization, overseeing health care programs and maintaining relationships with vendors and brokers. Before joining Seven Hills Foundation, Tara worked as an Interim HR Director & Sr. HR Business Partner, where they oversaw the development and implementation of HR policies and services. Tara has also worked as an HRBP & Engagement Specialist, analyzing trends and resolving employee relations issues. In addition to their HR roles, Tara has experience as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at TriNet, a Supervisor at Recommind is now OpenText, a Customer Service Supervisor at Salem Five Bank, a Supervisor at Beverly Bank, a Customer Service Representative at Fidelity Investments, and an Account Manager at Deluxe Corporation. Throughout their career, Tara has demonstrated strong leadership, team management, and training skills.

Tara Harris earned a Paralegal Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Bay Path University in 2009. Tara went on to obtain an Associate's Degree in the same field from Bay Path University between 2007 and 2010. During the same time period, they also completed a Bachelor's Degree in Executive Management from Bay Path University. In 2015, Tara completed their education by earning a Master of Science in Management with a focus on Human Resources Management from Lasell University.
