Fedosovsky Evgeny

From 2016 to the present, Fedosovsky Evgeny has been working at Sever Minerals as the Director of Operations.

Prior to that, they worked at Philip Morris International from 2011 to 2014. During their time there, they served as the Head of Organizational Development Project, leading the implementation of Lean in the commercial organization Sales Marketing Russia. Fedosovsky was responsible for the development and establishment of organizational design and new business processes to support continuous improvement and drive performance breakthroughs.

From 2009 to 2011, Fedosovsky worked at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Russia. Fedosovsky started as the Paint Production Manager and was later promoted to Quality Assurance Manager, leading the factory's quality breakthrough and ensuring zero defects.

Earlier in their career, from 2003 to 2009, Fedosovsky worked at Diakont. Fedosovsky held various roles including Plant Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Parts Production Manager, Engineering Manager, Process Engineer, and Assembly Worker. During their time there, they had responsibilities ranging from sales and product design to supply chain management and manufacturing. Fedosovsky successfully achieved P&L objectives and managed production facilities to deliver safety, quality, productivity, and cost objectives.

Fedosovsky Evgeny obtained an Engineer's Degree in Automation Engineer Technology/Technician from Saint-Petersburg State Technical University. This educational achievement took place from 2000 to 2005.
