Julia Kraeva

Julia Kraeva started their work experience in 2005 as a Director at Karera +, where they worked until 2009. In 2009, they joined Sever Minerals as the Head of the HR & Marketing Department, responsible for various tasks such as creating and managing the corporate website, organizing recruitment processes, and developing HR branding. In 2015, they became the Deputy HR Director at Sever Minerals, where they focused on developing personnel policies and procedures, monitoring HR compliance, and automating personnel records.

Julia Kraeva attended the Murmansk Academy of Economics and Management from 2002 to 2006, where they pursued a degree in Management. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications in various fields.
