Don Mckernan has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1990 as a sales manager at P&G. Don then moved on to Swiss Precision Diagnostics, where they held various roles including Global Market Strategy and Planning Manager and Global Head of Sales. At Procter and Gamble Ltd, they worked as the Global Pharmacy and Drug Channel Manager. Later, at Abbott, Don served as the General Manager, leading Sales and Trade Marketing for Emerging Markets. Don'smost recent position was as the EMEA Head of Branded Business at Soho Flordis International, where they were responsible for Sales, Marketing, and Regulatory. Throughout their career, Don has demonstrated skills in business strategy, P&L management, change management, team building, and digital sales.

Don McKernan completed their education in the field of Business Administration and Management, General at Cranfield University. Don attended the university from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Don acquired certification in Sales: Business to Consumer Online Sales from LinkedIn in May 2021.
