Kathleen Bray has held various legal roles throughout their work experience. Kathleen started their career in 1991 as an Attorney and Shareholder at Hanft Fride, where they worked until 2007. Kathleen then joined the Union Construction Workers' Compensation Program as a Mediator and Arbitrator from 2006 to 2019. In 2016, they joined SFM - The Work Comp Experts as a Corporate Counsel, and later progressed to Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary in 2019. Currently, they are serving as the Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Secretary at SFM - The Work Comp Experts.
Kathleen Bray received their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Denver, where they studied from 1984 to 1988. Kathleen then pursued their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law at the University of Minnesota Law School, completing their studies from 1988 to 1991. Furthermore, Kathleen Bray obtained their Certified Information Privacy Professional - United States (CIPP/US) certification from the IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals in December 2022.
