Jaimie Haye

Jaimie Haye serves as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at SGS, the leading testing, inspection, and certification company, since November 2022. Previously, Jaimie held key roles including Talent Acquisition Leader at Domo Chemicals and Group Director of Talent Acquisition at Kronos Group, where responsibilities involved end-to-end recruitment processes and enhancing employer branding across North West Europe. Experience also includes a Partner position at Odgers Berndtson focusing on executive search and leadership advisory, and leading talent acquisition strategies at Eurofins. Jaimie's earlier career features roles at MacAnders, Korn Ferry, Robert Walters, and PepsiCo International, complemented by an academic background in corporate finance and management from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management and communication science from Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
