Calvin Mlingi

Calvin Mlingi is a Tanzanian national, trained lawyer and Human Resources professional with 10 years’ experience across a range of sectors including commodity trading, energy and mining. Prior to joining Shanta Mining, Calvin held roles with Pivotech Co.ltd and Export Trading Group. Calvin has an LL.B honours degree from the University of Dar es Salaam School of Law and is also a board member of the Association of Tanzania Employers (ATE).
