Meredith Pearson

Meredith Pearson is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Sharesies since May 2023, Meredith has also held positions as a Legal Consultant and Fractional General Counsel at AndCo Law and LOD UK, respectively. Prior experience includes acting as Legal Consultant and Acting GM Legal for Xero, and serving as a Legal Consultant for LaFourchette, Airwallex, Wise, and Yahoo. Notably, Meredith spent seven years at Vodafone Group, leading legal and regulatory efforts for M-PESA and mobile payments, contributing to the rollout of innovative mobile financial services worldwide. Meredith holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours (LLB Hons) from The University of Waikato.
