Ron He

Ron Ron has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ron is currently serving as the Vice President of Supply Chain at SharkNinja since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Global Sourcing at Vantiva from December 2020 to June 2023. From July 2019 to December 2020, they held the role of Secure Power Business Procurement Director--Finished Goods/Project Procurement at Schneider Electric. Before that, they worked as the Global Category Director Electronics and Electrical at Schneider Electric from October 2015 to September 2019. Ron also has experience at ZF Group as a Global Commodity Manager from February 2014 to October 2015. Ron has worked as a Global Commodity Manager and Global Commodity Supervisor at Visteon Corporation from March 2013 to February 2014 and from July 2011 to March 2013 respectively. Prior to that, they served as a Global Supply Manager at Apple Inc. from February 2009 to June 2011. Earlier in their career, they were involved in Business Development Sales at Pioneer Electronics and worked as an R&D/OEM quality assurance engineer at Sony.

Ron Ron has a diverse education history. In 1996, they completed their high school education at ZhuZhou Second High School. Ron then attended Central South University from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Material Science and Engineering. Following this, from 2003 to 2006, they pursued a Master's degree in Mechanical Automation at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. In 2019, they furthered their education by attending the Center for Creative Leadership's Leadership Development Program, focusing on leadership training. Additionally, in 2014, Ron Ron obtained a certification as an IPC PCB Specialist A600.
