Sunitha Ray

Sunitha Ray's work experience includes multiple high-level roles in various industries. Starting from 2023, they worked as the Vice President of IT & Digital at SharkNinja. Prior to that, from 2022 to 2023, they served as the Senior Vice President of Technology & Digital Transformation/CDIO at Flow Alkaline Spring Water. During this time, they were responsible for leading global IT, eCommerce, and digital transformation initiatives.

Before their role at Flow Alkaline Spring Water, Sunitha worked as the Director/Head of Supply Chain Transformation at Benjamin Moore & Co. from 2019 to 2021. In this position, they led the supply chain center of excellence and was involved in strategic planning, capacity/demand/supply planning and management, and various transformational initiatives.

From 2017 to 2019, Sunitha was the Principal and Co-Founder of Graphitix, where they provided digital supply chain and business transformation consulting. Sunitha also served as an advisor to the board at ScaleGrid Inc during this time, consulting on business operating models and growth strategies.

Prior to that, Sunitha held senior positions at Capgemini, Wipro Limited, Hexaware Technologies Inc., ALLIED DOMECQ (HOLDINGS) LIMITED, and CMC Limited (A TATA Consultancy Services Group Company). Sunitha'sroles at these companies involved consulting and leadership responsibilities in areas such as digital, supply chain, retail, and enterprise solutions.

Sunitha also holds an MBA in International Business from the International Management Institute - IMI. Additionally, they completed a Masters (Honors/2-year) Program in Software Engineering, Systems Design & Management from the National Institute of Information Technology and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics from Stella Maris College. Sunitha has several certifications, including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance, a MicroMasters Credential in Supply Chain Management from MIT Center for Transportation & Logistics, and an Advanced Open Water & Certified Rescue Scuba Diver certification from PADI.
