Derek Franklin

Derek Franklin, PhD, is a Senior Scientist at Shattuck Labs with a background in Pharmacology. Previously, Derek held positions at TCRCure Biopharma Corp., Vanderbilt University Medical Center, and University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine. Throughout their career, Derek has conducted research on lipid and nucleotide metabolism, tumor suppressor p53 regulation, and ribosomal protein alterations in mice. Derek has expertise in in vitro/cell-line analysis and phenotypic characterization of novel mouse models.
