Ben Callaghan has over 25 years of experience in the project management and program management field. Ben began their career in 1993 as a Sales Representative at NCR Corporation. In 1994, they moved to GSL Management as a Property Manager, followed by Meditrol Automation Systems in 1996 as a Project Manager. In 1997, they joined Stewart Title as a Project Manager. In 2001, they moved to Equiva Services as a Senior Project Manager and to Universal Weather & Aviation as a Senior Manager of the Project Management Office. From 2019 to 2022, they were the Director of Projects and Process at Gulf States Financial Services, Inc., launching a Project Management Office organization and managing direct and indirect Project Management resources. Currently, they are the Director of the Program Management Office at Shaw Systems Associates, LLC.

Ben Callaghan obtained their BBA in Marketing from the Texas McCombs School of Business between 1990 and 1993. Ben then obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2000. In December 2004, they obtained their ITIL Version 2 Foundation certification from Pink Elephant. In August 2008, they obtained their Change Management certification from Prosci and their ITIL Version 3 Foundation certification from Third Sky, Inc. In May 2018, they obtained their Agile Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
