Marvin Estrada

Marvin Estrada has a wealth of experience in the field of information technology. Marvin most recently held the position of Vice President - Information Technology Solutions at Shearwater Health, starting in July 2023. Before that, they worked as the Director - Information Technology at Shearwater Health from September 2018 to July 2023. Prior to that, Marvin was the Senior Manager - Technology Operations at Shearwater Health from July 2015 to September 2018.

Before joining Shearwater Health, Marvin worked as the Team Leader - Global Network Operations Center at Carlson Wagonlit Travel from April 2014 to July 2015. Marvin also had experience as a Network and Security Engineer at Convergys from January 2013 to April 2014. Earlier in their career, Marvin held the role of Team Manager - Technology Operations at Stream Global Services from June 2009 to January 2013. Marvin began their career at Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated as a NOC Specialist - Global Service Desk from April 2006 to June 2009.

Marvin Estrada holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Mapúa University, earned between 1999 and 2004. In 2017, they completed a Management Development Program at the Asian Institute of Management. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Certified Information Security Manager® (CISM) from ISACA (expected in 2024), Certified CSF Practitioner from HITRUST (obtained in 2019), ITIL V3 Foundations from AXELOS (obtained in 2016), and Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) from Cisco (obtained in 2012 and 2009). Marvin is also a Registered Electronics Engineer, accredited by the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission since April 2005.
