Uttam Ghoshal, Ph.D.

Uttam Ghoshal has a Ph.D. and has worked in various roles and companies. Uttam founded and served as President and CTO and later CEO at Sheetak Inc. since 2007. Additionally, they worked as Vice President at Cypress Semiconductor from 2008 to 2009. Uttam was also a Founder and CTO at Nanocoolers, Inc. from 2002 to 2007. Prior to that, they worked at IBM Research, Austin Research Laboratory, as a Sr. Research Staff Member and Master Inventor from 1996 to 2002.

Uttam Ghoshal, Ph.D. earned a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay between 1978 and 1983. Uttam then went on to earn a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. Moreover, Uttam Ghoshal, Ph.D. was later a Fellow of The Electromagnetics Academy, having engaged in further study at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
