The executive team at Shef consists of individuals with a wide range of experience in both the public and private sector. This experience includes working as a fellowship advisor at Harvard's Belfer Center, being a venture partner at NextGen Venture Partners, being a research affiliate at Harvard Law School, and co-founding Code.gov. In addition to their professional work experience, the team also has a wealth of experience in political communications, with several members having worked on high-profile campaigns such as Hillary for America and the Biden-Harris Transition.
