Braedan Schieding has over 15 years of professional experience in the financial services industry. Braedan began their career in 2005 as a Banker at Wells Fargo. In 2008, they took on the role of Wealth Management Lead Specialist at Mechanics Bank and Consultant at ARO. In 2011, they joined JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Senior Client Service Professional. In 2012, Braedan joined Bank of the West as a Vice President Consulting Principal, Vice President Operational Risk Manager, VP Sr. Operational Risk Analyst, Intermediate Holding Company, and Vice President Operations Manager Private Client Services. In 2021, they became the Director of Business Operations at The Reserve Trust Company and Director of Sales Operations at Shelf.

Braedan Schieding attended California State University, Chico, where they received a B.S. in Business Administration in 2008. In 2016, they attended Pacific Coast Banking School. In October 2020, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) certification from ASQ - World Headquarters.
