Kyrstin Munson

Kyrstin Munson currently serves as the Head of Shell Recharge End to End Customer Experience and Head of Customer Experience and Design for Emobility Hubs at Shell, having begun in April 2023. Previously, from October 2019 to April 2023, Kyrstin was the Senior Director of Revenue Operations and Director of Sales Operations at Shell Recharge, where key responsibilities included guiding revenue forecasting and developing cross-functional strategies. Since March 2019, Kyrstin has also been an advisor to sustainability startups at Maximum-Acceleration. Kyrstin's extensive experience at Tesla from May 2008 to August 2018 included roles such as Senior Program Manager for North America Sales and Delivery Operations, where the focus was on enhancing customer satisfaction through process optimization and digital products. Earlier roles at Tesla involved significant contributions to sales operations and the launch of multiple vehicle models. Kyrstin began career in artist management and brand consulting at Zama Media Management from January 2005 to December 2007. Kyrstin holds a BS degree in Business and Neuroscience from the University of Southern California.
