Miguel Carvalho Mota

Miguel Carvalho Mota has extensive experience in production and reservoir engineering, currently serving as the Well, Reservoir and Facility Management Lead for the Americas at Shell since October 2020. Prior to this role, Miguel was the Production Engineering Manager at Shell Brasil Petroleo and held various positions at Shell International, Maersk Oil, and other organizations specializing in petroleum engineering and production technology. With a career spanning over two decades, Miguel has developed expertise in well management, facility operations, and production technology across multiple regions, including Europe, Africa, and South America.
