Olesya Mavasheva

Olesya Mavasheva is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in commercial leadership and business development within the Shell organization. Currently serving as the Global Commercial Lead for Telematics, Olesya drives strategic development and commercial growth of the Telematics product across multiple global markets. Previous roles include leading new market initiatives in B2B fuel payments and mobility services, as well as overseeing product design and development for Shell's Touchless product suite. Olesya's career spans various capacities within Shell, demonstrating a consistent focus on customer engagement, revenue growth, and innovative product solutions. An alumnus of MIT Sloan School of Management, Olesya holds a certificate in Innovation of Products and Services and graduated from Bukhara State University.
