Breonna Phillips, MPA, SHRM-SCP has a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Criminology from Ball State University and a Master of Public Affairs in Human Resources Management and Services from Indiana Wesleyan University. Breonna Phillips, has held various HR roles at companies such as Architect of the Capitol, Shelter House, Inc, Reyes Holdings, United Airlines, BSI, Textron Specialized Vehicles, LifeSpan Therapy of CarDon & Associates, and Allied Solutions LLC. Currently, Breonna Phillips, serves as a Human Resources Specialist at the Architect of the Capitol and holds the title of Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Shelter House, Inc.
